Marta Naddeo graduated in Architecture from Politecnico di Torino. After gaining experience at several architecture firms, where she primarily focused on interior design and bespoke furniture, she gradually shifted her career towards the world of furniture and product design.

Moving to Veneto and discovering the region’s tradition of blown glass marked a turning point in her work, leading her to specialize in decorative lighting. Over the years, she has collaborated with various companies on the design and development of lighting collections, installations, and bespoke projects.

She develops products where technical expertise and creative sensitivity come together. Her knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes is combined with an in-depth exploration of light and materials, guiding each project from the initial research phase through to its final definition.
